DMD Heart

DMD Heart was funded by a grant from the BHF to CI John Bourke and team.

It was a multicentre, parallel group, randomised, placebo-controlled study of combination therapy with an ACE inhibitor (perindopril) and a beta-blocker (bisoprolol) in boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
